Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of and authorization to execute Resolution No. 1073, a Resolution of Intent to support an application by DHTC Development, LLC to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency for the construction of multi-family, senior patio homes located approximately south of 209th and Kenosha

Background: Resolution No. 1073 is intended to support an application by DHTC Development LLC to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency for the construction of multi-family, senior patio homes located south of Kenosha Street and east of 209th East Avenue. The land proposed would be suitable for use as multi-family housing, subject to a change in the comprehensive plan and a re-zoning application. The property is currently zoned A-1 with a Specific Use Permit (SP-164) for the driving range. Residential Multi-Family would be required for such a project. The property, according to the Comprehensive Plan, is located in Level 4, RM zoning, and is not a recommended zoning district within the level 4 area and would require a change to the Comprehensive Plan.
