Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from JTD III Investments, LLC., the owner. Parcel 4.0 consists of 0.0169 acres of permanent Right-of-Way and a Temporary Construction Easement for Parcel 4.1, which consists of 0.0011 acres for Kenosha Street Improvements, Date to Main, located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. JTD III Investments, LLC., has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 734 Square Feet (SF) @ $9.54 SF = $6,995.02
Temporary Construction Easement: Donation
Damages (Pipe rail fence replacement): $4,500.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $ 11,500.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 5, 2018 City Council Claims List.
