Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Four P Properties LLC, the owners. Parcel 17 consists of 0.13 acres of permanent right-of-way and 0.04 acres of temporary construction easement for Florence Street Improvements, Olive to Aspen, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Four P Properties LLC has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 5,681 Square Feet (SF) @ $1.50 SF = $8,521.50
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,800 SF @ 0.25 SF = $450.00
Damages: Fence, trees, and shrubs: $13,055.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $22,050.00

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the October 16, 2018 City Council Claims List.

Funding Source: Funding for this project is from the G.O. Bond 2014.
