Background:
The City of Broken Arrow (COBA) plans to construct a new industrial collector street east of 9th Street for the expanded Alfa Laval facility, and to eventually serve the undeveloped land to the east, known as East Nashville Ave. The street will be a concrete street with curbs and a closed storm sewer system for drainage.
