Background:
The attached Utility and Temporary Construction Easements conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Natalio Santibanez, owner.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 1,005 sf, as well as an additional standalone temporary construction easement of 670 sf.

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

Funding for this project is from 2011 G.O. Bond Issue.

Cost: Permanent Utility Easement: 1,005 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $2,261
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,675 SF @ 3.00/SF X 25% = $1,256
Damages = $3,786
Total Compensation $ 7,300.00
