Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Ann M. Davis, a single person.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 806 sf. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

Funding for this project is from 2011 G.O. Bond Issue.

Cost: General Warranty Deed: 434 SF @ $3.00 SF = $1,302
Permanent Utility Easement: 806 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,814
Temporary Construction Easement: 806 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $605
Damages: $14,380.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 18,100.00
