Acceptance of a General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow a tract of land that is part of Lot Four (4), Block Two (2), Lemon Addition, an addition to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof for the 9th Street widening from Elgin to El Paso (Project No. ST1210)

Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Ann M. Davis, a single person.
Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 806 sf. Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 G.O. Bond Issue.
Cost: General Warranty Deed: 434 SF @ $3.00 SF = $1,302
Permanent Utility Easement: 806 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $1,814
Temporary Construction Easement: 806 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $605
Damages: $14,380.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 18,100.00
