Background:
The attached Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Florencio and Pascuala Santibanez, husband and wife.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a temporary construction easement over the Permanent Utility Easement of 1,005 sf, as well as an additional standalone temporary construction easement of 335 sf.

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends acceptance.

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond.

Cost: Permanent Utility Easement: 1,005 SF @ $3.00/SF X 75% = $2,261.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,340 SF @ $3.00/SF X 25%= $1,005.00
Damages: $2,734.00
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 6,000.00
