Background:
The City Manager is authorized by ordinance to approve contract actions up to $25,000.00, including professional (architect/engineer/surveyors) consultant contracts and amendments, and construction contracts. The City requires that the governing body be apprised of such approvals by the City Manager at the next following meeting.

The City Manager approved the following contracts recently:

* Professional Consultant Contract No. 175115, Kenosha Street and Midway Road Traffic Signal Design, with Traffic Engineering Consultants, Inc., $19,500.00, approved 07/02/16.
* Change Order No. 02 to Construction Contract with Builder's Unlimited for materials testing on Nienhuis Park Basketball and Tennis Courts, $5,124.31, approved 07/14/16 (Project No. 156024A).
* Change Order No. 01 to Construction Contract with Voy Construction LLC to replace existing framing on City Hall Soffits, $11,986.45, approved 07/14/16 (Project No. 151703A).

Copies of the contracts, amendments, and change orders are attached.
