Acceptance of a Utility Easement from Tucson Village, LLC, on property located one-eighth mile south of Tucson Street and one-quarter mile west of 23rd Street, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 01, T17N, R14E) (Tucson Village)

Background:
On July 18, 2017, the City Council approved the Conditional Final Plat for Tucson Village (PT16-110) subject to an attached checklist. Item 72 on the checklist stated that all off-site utility easements were to be shown on the plat, along with their associated document numbers.
Tucson Village, LLC has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a utility easement, described in Exhibit B, along the west side of the proposed Tucson Village subdivision, as stipulated with the City Council approval of the Conditional Final Plat.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
