Background:
To remain compliant with DEQ requirements, improve service and reliability, and have 2-hour emergency response time Maintenance Services has solicited proposals for Generator Service and Repair for 17 generators at lift stations. Purchasing Department solicited Request for Proposal Packet 24.124 to multiple companies whereas the City of Broken Arrow received six quotes. Larmar Industries quote is the most advantageous bid for the City of Broken Arrow. The request for proposal includes renewals, based on Broken Arrow Municipal Authority approval.
