Background:
Planning Commission members are appointed to serve three-year terms. Mrs. Klempa was originally appointed by City Council on August 20, 2019 to replace a commissioner who resigned. Her current three-year term is set to expire on May 5, 2024. Jaylee Klempa has been recommended to continue serving on the Planning Commission by Vice Mayor Christi Gillespie. Mrs. Klempa has expressed his willingness to serve a three-year term to expire May 5, 2027.
