Approval of and authorization to execute service agreement with Fleet Clean for truck washing service
End
Background:
In an effort to improve service, cleanliness of vehicles, and serviceability the Maintenance Services Department has solicited proposals for truck washing companies to provide services as requested on a weekly basis through June 30th, 2024. Purchasing Department solicited Request for Proposal Packet 24.125 to multiple companies whereas the City of Broken Arrow received two quotes. Fleet Clean’s quote, based on a per vehicle price, is the most advantageous for the City of Broken Arrow. The request for proposal includes renewals, based on Broken Arrow City Council approval, for three additional fiscal years through 2027.
Cost: Rate as set outlined in the agreement
