Approval of and authorization to execute purchase of one (1) Caterpillar GC200 Generator from Warren CAT pursuant to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract for fleet maintenance

Background:
The Caterpillar GC200 Diesel Generator is replacing a 1999 Generac Generator at the Greens Lift Station. The 1999 Generac Generator is 25 years old, and the engine has lost compression. Fleet Maintenance recommends replacement over repair of the old unit. Warren CAT provided the proposal utilizing Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing contract (formerly NJPA) membership number 092222-CAT. This includes CAT’s Gold 60-month Extended Service Coverage.
