Approval of and authorization to execute a Professional Services Contract with The Davenport group for Engineering hours associated with the Hyper-V cluster build

Background:

The City of Broken Arrow’s Hyper-V cluster houses our production servers and applications.  As part of our ongoing network refresh, we want to ensure the cluster is built and performing as desired with the new underlying network. 

The Davenport Group was previously retained by the City of Broken Arrow IT Department to assist with certain professional services projects like this.  A statement of work (SOW) is included from the Davenport Group, and the approval and authorization of this project is already budgeted by the IT Department.  The Davenport group in on the State Contract under Dell for consulting services.
