Background:

Council on September 3, 2019 approved Ordinance No. 3601 allowing ratification of the claims list. For the period from March 26, 2024 through April 08, 2024 Checks, V-Cards (single use electronic credit cards) or ACH (direct payments to the vendors bank by the federal reserve automated clearing house) were processed for a total of $3,456,808.95 for the various funds.
