Background:
ArtsOK will host the Chalk It Up Festival from September 27- September 28, 2024. ArtsOK has requested funding for the Chalk It Up Festival to help offset the costs of porta johns, stage rental, sound system, entertainment, security, trash service, and miscellaneous event costs.
The Visit Broken Arrow board approved this request at their April 9, 2024 meeting in an amount not to exceed $7,500.00, for the 2024 festival, subject to annual appropriations.
Cost: $7,500.00, not to exceed and subject to annual appropriations
