Background:
Keep Broken Arrow Beautiful will host the Rose Festival and Kites Over BA Festival from September 27 - 29. Keep Broken Arrow Beautiful has requested funding that will help offset the costs of porta johns, stage rental, sound system, entertainment, security, trash service, and miscellaneous event costs.
The Visit Broken Arrow board approved this request in an amount not to exceed $7,500 subject to annual appropriations at their April 9, 2024, meeting.
Cost: $7,500.00, not to exceed and subject to annual appropriations
