Background:

The project will take place in the vicinity of the Broken Arrow nursing home on Elm Avenue. The culvert is on N Elm Avenue just north of the nursing home. The project will be to replace the box culvert under N Elm Avenue, repave N Elm Avenue in the construction area, and armor the downstream channel. N Elm Avenue will have to be shut down during the construction. The length of the contract is 90 days past the Notice to Proceed. 

The project was advertised on March 12, 2024 and March 19, 2024. Six (6) bids were received on April 2, 2024. The lowest responsible bid was Cherokee Pride Construction, LLC for $127,740.00. The engineers estimate for the project was $100,594.00.
