Background:

On January 30, 2024, the City of Broken Arrow opened the comprehensive Citizen Survey for feedback from citizens regarding the city’s performance providing public services and to seek input on a future public infrastructure and quality of life capital improvement projects. The goal of the survey is to gain an understanding of what is important to the citizens of Broken Arrow, realize future opportunities and challenges, and use the data as a guide in the bond project selection process ahead of the upcoming General Obligation Bond Election in April 2026.

The survey was open from January 30 through February 29 and received 3,947 responses in 31 days. The final results of the survey will be made available to the public on the city website.
