Background:

 

                      On March 5, 2024 Council approved the Purchase and Sales Agreement for the purchase of approximately 3.06 acres of property at 130 East Washington, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for $725,000.  The Seller requested several amendments to the Purchase Agreement, including updating the address of the Seller, adding First American Title as the Seller’s Title Company, revisions to Section 3.1 regarding the delivery of title report, land and boundary survey, provisions to the buyer to examine title evidence and the City paying a $495 transaction fee to Platinum Realty.
