Approval of and authorization to purchase a third year subscription to KnowBe4 cyber security PhishER and Security Awareness Training

Background:
For the past 2 years, the IT Department has been using KnowBe4 two cyber security tools to educate and strengthen the City’s response to phishing attacks.
The PhishER subscription allows the testing of City employees monthly and provides statistics scoring the strength of all employees. KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training provides online training and tutorials to keep City employees educated and aware of what to look out for when it comes to cyber security.
This will be the third year of using KnowBe4. These rates are consistent with our last year rates. With the renewal, there will be 2 free months provided (for a total of a 14 month subscription). The costs are as follows:
KnowBe4 PhishER Subscription $7,027.02
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Subscription $21,621.60
Total: $28,648.62
KnowBe4 is a unique providing of cyber security awareness and education and in meeting these specific needs is considered a single source provider.
Cost: $28,648.62
