Background:
This is part of our ongoing growth in IT and to establish our ITSM solution.
This has provided IT with a Helpdesk ticketing program, IT asset management database (CMDB), Change Management, integration with our current Network Management System.
Presidio is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
Cost: $25,525.98
Funding Source: IT Maintenance budget
