Background:
The project consists of relocation of approximately 435 linear feet of 18” PVC Sanitary Sewer Force Main, new valves and fittings along the West side of 37th Street between Albany Street and Kenosha Street in Broken Arrow, OK. Work also includes pipe testing, Lift Station shut downs, erosion control and other utility construction activities. Construction time will be 90 calendar days.
The project was advertised on February 20th and 27th, 2024. An optional Pre-Bid Meeting was held virtually on March 5th, 2024. There were five (5) bids received on March 12th, 2024. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached. The lowest responsible base bid was Gober Construction LLC for a Base Bid of $400,758.50. The Engineer’s Estimate for the Base Bid is $573,818.00.
