Background:

Broken Arrow Public Schools is dedicating a waterline easement for the purpose of developing Broken Arrow Public Schools 8th Grade Center. The easement is shown in Exhibit A and is located to the east of the existing school building.

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the waterline easement.
