Background:

Eagle-1 Investments, LLC is dedicating an off-site utility easement required by the development of Brook Chase Phase II, a residential development which is currently under review by the City of Broken Arrow Planning & Development Division.

 

The dedication of the 0.015-acre utility easement shown in Exhibit 1 provides utility service across property which is planned to be platted as phase II of the Brook Chase development.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
