Background:
The City of Broken Arrow developed a master plan for a new park named Highland Park in 2019. Highland Park is to be located south of Highland Park Elementary School. Building a grass Rugby/Soccer is part of the first phase to building the new Highland Park. In 2018 the voters of Broken Arrow approved funds for development of this grass rugby/soccer field and required support infrastructure.
City staff negotiated an agreement with the PEC to prepare Construction Drawings and a cost estimate for the new fields. The agreement is for $27,500.
