Background:
The Broken Arrow Nienhuis Park is located at 3201 N 9th St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. There are four Rugby/Football fields located east of the Nienhuis Community Center, two of which were previously converted from grass to turf fields. This contract will update the remaining two fields from grass to turf to match. In 2018 the voters of Broken Arrow approved Bond funds for renovation of these two fields.
City staff negotiated an agreement with PEC to prepare Construction Drawings and a cost estimate for the renovation. The agreement is for $93,900.00.
