Background:

The attached Utility and Temporary Construction Easement were conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Aspen Square, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, the owner. Parcel 6.A consists of 0.06 acres and Parcel 6.1 consists of 0.03 acres for the Wagoner County Trunk Sewer Improvements, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

 

A copy of the Utility and Temporary Construction Easements are attached.
