According to the Zoning Ordinance, the minimum lot size for the A-1 zoning district is 5 acres, and a minimum frontage of 330’. The RS-3 zoning district requires a minimum lot size of 7,000 square feet, and a minimum frontage of 60 feet.
This property is designated as Level 1 by the comprehensive plan. RS-3 as well as A-1 are permitted by right in Level 1 of the comprehensive plan.
Planning Commission recommended approval, per staff recommendation, of BAZ-001240-2023 on January 25, 2024, per staff recommendation with a 5-0 vote. During the January 25th planning commission meeting, there were no public comments.
