Approval of and authorization to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Broken Arrow and Tulsa Technology Center to provide training services for employees

Background:

Tulsa Technology Center has been providing various safety, certification and educational training to employees for a number of years.  A number of departments throughout the city utilize the services through Tulsa Technology Center for a variety of educational resources.

The attached Memorandum of Understanding outlines a program through which Tulsa Technology Center will provide various types of training services for city employees.  Tulsa Technology Center provides a variety of employee trainings including, but not limited to, CDL, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Defensive Driving and Hazwoper.  

This agreement will be effective until June 30, 2025, and will be renewed annually, as needed.
