Approval of and authorization to execute a Training Agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and Northeast Technology to provide training services for employees

Background:

Northeast Technology provides various safety, certification and educational training to employees including, but not limited to, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Defensive Driving and Electrical Safety Awareness.  Northeast Technology Center provides career training for Northeast Oklahoma and comes onsite to our locations for a variety of our training needs.  We have a need to utilize various training services through Northeast Technology Center in a number of departments throughout the City.  Entering into this agreement allows us to select the most cost-effective training for our employees.      

The Training Agreement provides services through June 30, 2025, and will be renewed annually, as needed.  This agreement has a not to exceed amount of $40,000 through June 30, 2025.
