End
Background:
The attached agreement for the provision of services between the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority (BAMA) and the Covanta Tulsa Renewable Energy LLC is for a month-to-month agreement. This agreement would begin July 1, 2022, and end on September 30, 2023.
Agreements for waste disposal sites will be finalized with a long-term agreement once those rates have been negotiated. Upon settling on a long-term rate another agreement will be brought before the authority.
Cost: $26.25 per ton
