Background:
The proposed Fiscal Year 2022-23 Financial Plan was presented to the City Council at a special meeting on May 24, 2022 and a Public Hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget including the Financial Plan was held at the regularly scheduled June 6, 2022, City Council meeting. The proposed Financial Plan under consideration has minor changes from the Financial Plan previously presented and available to the public. The City Council earlier tonight approved Resolution No. 1464 adopting the proposed 2022-2023 Fiscal Year Budget for the City. The Fiscal Year 2022-2-23 Financial Plan is included in the budget document adopted by the City Council
