Background:

The Broken Arrow Historical Society previously entered into a use agreement with the City of Broken Arrow to inhabit the building located at 400 South Main Street. The agreement runs from the date of signature until June 30, 2023. A new renewal agreement is being negotiated and the parties need additional time to negotiate the provisions of the use agreement renewal.  The attached Resolution extends the current use agreement between the parties until August 5, 2022, with the same terms and conditions as originally agreed upon. 

 

 

Cost:                                                                $24,000 plus any major maintenance required
