Approval of and authorization to execute an annual use agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and Broken Arrow Genealogical Society

Background:
The attached use agreement grants a license to allow Broken Arrow Genealogical Society to inhabit the building located at 400 South Main Street. The agreement runs from the date of signature until June 30, 2023. The changes to the agreement are summarized as follows:
• Possession of a firearm inside premises is addressed in the new agreement;
• Requirement of the user group to update the City Council at least one time per year;
Cost: $3,600 plus any major maintenance required
