Approval of and authorization to execute an annual use agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and Broken Arrow Veteran’s Center, Inc.

Background:
The attached use agreement grants a license to allow Broken Arrow Veteran’s Center, Inc. to inhabit the building located at 1117 South Main Street. The agreement runs from the date of signature until June 30, 2023. The changes to the agreement are summarized as follows:
• Possession of a firearm inside premises is addressed in the new agreement;
• Requirement of the user group to update the City Council at least one time per year;
• User group would be responsible for window washing and building washing when needed, landscaping and lawnmowing
Cost: $13,000 plus any major maintenance required
