Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Bryan Lucenta, the owner. Parcel 1.A consists of 0.0069 acres of Temporary Construction Easement in the Southeast Quarter Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the Aspen Ridge Storm Sewer Improvements, Parcel 1.A, (Project No. SW21080).

 

A copy of the signed Temporary Construction Easement is attached.
