Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Forest Ridge Board Homeowners Association, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, the owner. Parcel 1.0 consists of 0.2730 acres and is donated for the Villas on the Greens Lift Station to Gravity Sewer Improvements, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.
