The attached Drainage and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Regina T. Moore, the owner. Parcel 11.0 consists of 0.07 acres of Drainage Easement and Parcel 11.A 0.05 acres of Temporary Construction Easement in the Southeast Quarter Section 4, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Ms. Moore has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Drainage Easement: 2,880 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $2.85 SF = $8,207.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 2,181 SF @ $2.85 SF x .10 = $622.00
Improvements: (Concrete Retaining Wall) $560.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $9,400.00
