Approval of and authorization to execute a third renewal agreement with Storey Wrecker Inc. for wrecker services

Background:
Storey Wrecker Service, Inc., provided wrecker, tow-in and storage services for the city. They were awarded the bid for this service in 2019. The contract bid and subsequent agreements provides an option to renew the entire agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year periods.
Storey Wrecker has all appropriate towing equipment and personnel, and past performance has been positive and accommodating. This will be the third renewal period.
Cost: Hourly rate as set out of agreement, FY 2022 the city has paid $15,262.44
