Background:

The attached Drainage and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Christopher and Breann Lander, the owners. Parcel 5.0 consists of 0.112 acres of Drainage Easement and Parcel 5.A 0.028 acres of Temporary Construction Easement in the Southwest Quarter Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mr. and Mrs. Lander has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Drainage Easement:  4,915.06 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $0.89 SF = $4,374.40

Temporary Construction Easement: 1,228.07 SF @ $0.89 SF = $1,092.98 @ 10% = 109.30

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $4,500.00

 

A copy of the signed Drainage and Temporary Construction Easements are attached.
