Background:

The site of the Sustainability Park (Project No. 2214010) is located at the corner of E. Dallas Street and Lynn Lane (825 E. Dallas Street, Broken Arrow). The primary features of this park will include a Small Gateway Sign, and a walkable pathway lit with solar lights, with low maintenance plantings, and irrigation. This park will function as a gateway park like the one located at N. Elm Pl. and W Broadway Ave.

Following a selection process that included Broken Arrow Parks Department and staff members from Engineering and Construction, LandPlan Consultants Inc. was selected for design of the project. 

City staff negotiated an agreement with the Architect to prepare Drawings and a cost estimate for the grading, irrigation, and design of the Sustainable Park.  The agreement is for $26,452.00.
