Background:
Claims Recovery Specialists LLC provides services for property damages to City-owned assets including roadway lighting, traffic signals, signs, guardrails, and any other infrastructure under the care of the City. To provide such services, Claims Recovery Specialists LLC (CRS) establishes a fee for the dollar amount of claims collected for the City of Broken Arrow for our assets.
CRS provides collision reports and indicates damages to City property, investigates collision scenes to document and establish liability, which may include recorded statements from involved parties and witnesses, photos of the scene and detailed itemization of damage to City property.
The agreement established with CRS maintains a 28% fee for claims collected for the City for such property damages. CRS has provided these services for over ten years and the fee has remained the same since at least 2012. There are no annual fees unless damages are incurred.
