Background:

The Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc. previously entered into a use agreement with the City of Broken Arrow to inhabit the building located at 1800 South Main Street. The agreement runs from the date of signature until June 30, 2023. A new renewal agreement is being negotiated and the parties need additional time to negotiate the provisions of the use agreement renewal.  The attached Resolution extends the current use agreement between the parties until August 5, 2022 with the same terms and conditions as originally agreed upon. 

 

 

Cost:                                                                Utilities not to exceed $21,750 for the year
