Background:
The Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc. previously entered into a Services Contract with the City of Broken Arrow. The Services Agreement requires that the City of Broken Arrow pay to the Broken Arrow Seniors, Inc the sum of $4,674.50 per month to reimburse for an Executive Director and the sum of $3,000.00 per month to reimburse for a Volunteer/Events Coordinator. The agreement runs from the date of signature until June 30, 2023. A new renewal agreement is being negotiated and the parties need additional time to negotiate the provisions of the use agreement renewal.
The attached Resolution extends the current use agreement between the parties until August 5, 2022 with the same terms and conditions as originally agreed upon.
Cost: $4674.50 per month for executive director and $3,000 per month for Volunteer/Events Coordinator
