Background:
Blue Bull Capital, LLC is dedicating a 17.5-foot utility easement to fulfill conditions of approval for rezoning and lot split requests BAZ-2109.
BAZ-2109 was approved by the Planning Commission on May 26, 2022, subject to a 17.5-foot utility easement being dedicated along Jasper Street (131st Street) and South 152nd East Avenue for the whole frontage of the property. The City Council will hear this rezoning case at the same meeting as this dedication. This utility easement dedication for the entire frontage of both unplatted lots under Blue Bull Capital, LLC ownership satisfies these conditions.
The dedication of the 17.5-foot wide utility easement described in the utility easement dedication has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
