Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2025 (A-1 to IL) and PUD-289, which contains 40.03 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on May 21, 2019. The City Council approved BAZ-2025 & PUD-289 subject to the property being platted. The subject property was platted as Harvest Center in Tulsa County on March 25, 2022. The property is generally located west of 23rd Street (County Line Road), one-quarter mile north of Houston Street (81st Street)
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3735 and approve the Emergency Clause.
