Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1347 (A-1 to CH), which contains 21.76 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on May 4, 1998. The City Council approved BAZ-1347 subject to the property being platted. 1.38 acres of the subject property was platted as EDK-Pad “A” in Tulsa County on July 17, 2020. The property is generally located one-quarter mile west of 23rd Street (County Line Road), south of Kenosha Street (71st Street).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3734 and approve the Emergency Clause.
