Background:

The Broken Arrow Police Department is in the process of implementing a new program from Central Square Technologies for the department’s Computer Aided Dispatching, Records Management, Jail Administration, and Mobile Data Computer software inside patrol vehicles.  With this implementation, new forms are being created to work with the system which will streamline and create digital copies as opposed to paper copies of forms. The ordinance now requires the wrecker driver to sign the impound tow sheet.  With the requested change, Officers will get the wrecker driver’s name but not a signature on a physical wrecker form.
